RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be made within the specified time:

Online purchase: you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
In-store purchase: you have 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition with all tags and price labels attached.
The item must not be used, as determined by LA RUE; this includes items with (makeup) stains or (perfume) scents, which will not be accepted.

Sale items can only be exchanged. No refunds are available.

RETURNING ITEMS
You can request a return by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account in our online store.
2. Navigate to the page with your recent orders and click "View" next to the order you want to return items from.
3. In the order overview, click the "Return Items" button to create the return shipment.
4. On the return page, select which products you wish to return by selecting the quantity in the drop-down menu. Products you want to keep should remain at 0.
5. Select the reason and action for the return from the available options or choose "Other, namely..." to enter your own reason or action.
6. Click "Submit" to request the return.

Please note that you need a registered account to submit returns. If you placed the order as a guest, you will need to register with the same email to convert your guest account into a customer account.
